1. Who we are
GOATX INTERMEDIACOES LTDA (CNPJ 50.828.651/0001-42), Avenida Paulista 1471, sala 1110, Bela Vista, Sao Paulo - SP, 01311-927, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: privacy@outvantage.app.
2. What we collect
You give us:
- your email address (required, to sign in and to send receipts)
- your profile: display name, username, headline, company, bio, location, category, links, and the introduction categories you opt into
- the content of introduction requests you send or receive
We generate:
- payment records: amount, currency, time, the position it produced, and the payment provider's reference. We never see your card number.
- usage events: which pages you viewed, which board, which profile, what you clicked. These are stored with a random identifier from a first-party cookie.
- security records: a keyed hash of your IP address and a truncated user agent, used for rate limiting and abuse investigation. We do not store raw IP addresses.
We do not use third-party advertising or analytics scripts. Nothing on this site sends your behaviour to another company.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis
| Purpose | Basis |
|---|---|
| Running your account and displaying your profile | Performance of a contract |
| Taking payment and keeping financial records | Contract, and legal obligation |
| Sending receipts and service notices | Contract |
| Sending ranking and product email | Consent, withdrawable at any time |
| Preventing fraud, spam and abuse | Legitimate interests |
| Measuring which pages lead to sign-ups | Legitimate interests, first-party only |
4. What is public
Your profile is public: display name, username, headline, company, bio, city, region, country, category, links, achievements, position on each board, and your total. Your total is the whole point of the leaderboard and cannot be hidden while you are ranked.
Your email address is never public. It is shared with another user only when you accept their introduction request, and only then.
You can remove yourself from the boards at any time in settings. Your profile page then remains reachable by direct link only.
5. Who we share it with
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe is a controller in its own right for payment data.
- Our email provider — to deliver messages you have asked for or that are required (receipts, sign-in links).
- Our hosting and database provider — as a processor.
- Authorities — where legally compelled, and only to the extent compelled.
We do not sell personal data. We have never sold personal data.
6. How long we keep it
- Account and profile data: until you delete your account.
- Financial records: seven years from the transaction, because tax and accounting law requires it. On deletion these records are severed from your identity and retained in that form.
- Usage events: 25 months.
- Security hashes: 12 months.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, to withdraw consent, to data portability, and to complain to a supervisory authority.
In the product:
- Download my data in settings exports your profile, positions, payments and requests as JSON.
- Delete my account in settings removes your profile and board entries immediately.
- Email preferences in settings, and the unsubscribe link in every non-essential email.
For anything else, contact privacy@outvantage.app. We respond within 30 days.
If you are in California: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not discriminate against users who exercise their rights.
8. Cookies
v_session— keeps you signed in. Strictly necessary.v_aid— a random identifier so we can tell whether the same visitor who read a leaderboard later signed up. First-party, no personal data, never shared.v_locale— remembers your language.v_oauth— a short-lived value protecting the Google sign-in flow.
There are no third-party cookies on this site.
9. International transfers
Data may be processed in countries other than yours. Where that involves a transfer out of the EEA or UK, it is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
10. Changes
We will announce material changes on the site and by email before they take effect.
